Is the developing of this theme dead?48 votes
I currently have a few tasks with a bit higher priority then free Touchfolio theme. I’m planning to get back to it not earlier then in a month.
As theme is completely open source, you may hire third-party developer that will add features that you need. And I’m more then welcome to accept commits from third-party devs.
It would be awesome (although the theme is already awesome) if one could add title and descriptions to each images as one can do for each "project", this would make it suitable for use as a theme for artists or designers that need to reference images with titles, dimensions, materials etc.
Keep up the fantastic work!
Where do you think it should be placed? Would it be ok to remove project info option completely and replace it with simple image title? (of course with option to disable).
The only reason I ask is for SEO purposes. There is no place for an SEO site description on main page.65 votes
You may add site description in the info of one of the projects, it’ll be indexed from there.
Anyway, I’ll probably add this feature in future.
Thanks, I know about this thing, The problem is that there is no way to show it back (except taping on status bar), because two dimensional gallery catches all events.
